When NSFs reach their ORD and become NSmen, they will continue to receive the magazine to keep them informed of the latest happenings in MINDEF/SAF. An advance 3-year subscription fee of $14.40 (for 36 issues) is paid via the NSF's last allowance, unless he informs his unit S1, Manpower Officer or Camp Admin Centre Staff that he wishes to opt out three months before his ORD.
