Are there any fees imposed for the replacement of SAF Card?

Cardholders shall pay a replacement fee in the following situations: Defacement/damage of the SAF Card through the cardholder's negligence; Changes in personal data (except for Service Status, Military Rank Status and Address); and Loss of the SAF Card The SAF Card replacement fee of $20 shall be charged for each replacement, except in the case of replacement for the loss of your SAF Card. The replacement fee to be imposed shall be $20 and $30 respectively for first time and second time losses. For third and subsequent losses, the replacement fee to be imposed shall be $40 each time.
