For NSF/Regular/DXO/MINDEF civilian officers, you should report the loss of your SAF Card to your S1/MPO/AO within 24 hours. If recovery is unsuccessful, you should make a report to the Police on the loss of your SAF Card and apply for a replacement card via the SAF Identity Document Management System (IDMS) on the MINDEF Intranet. For NSmen, you should make a report to the Police on the loss of your SAF card. You may approach your S1/MPO/AO or Chief Clerk for assistance to submit an application for the replacement of your SAF Card via IDMS. Alternatively, you may approach Service Connect at CMPB for assistance to replace your SAF Card. A replacement fee for the loss of SAF Card shall be imposed when the application for replacement of SAF Card is made.
