For changes in service status/military rank status, you can obtain the relevant sticker from Service Connect at CMPB and paste it on the back of your Card to update the status. For a change in residential address, there is no requirement to update the field as the SAF Card is used in conjunction with the NRIC. For changes to the data on the front of the SAF Card (i.e. Photo, Name and NRIC), you are required to apply for a new card via the SAF Identity Document Management System (IDMS) on the MINDEF Intranet. A replacement fee is applicable.
