Do I need to return my SAF Card?

Cardholders without NS liabilities shall return their SAF Cards to their S1/MPO/AO before they leave MINDEF/SAF on completion of service. The card will be invalidated and returned to the cardholder to be retained as a souvenir. For NSFs, they should continue holding the SAF Card after obtaining the service status sticker to update their service status from NSF to NSman.
