Can I apply for clearance for "In-Service personnel" and "Contractors/ST personnel" in the same request?
No, they belong to different Organisation Groups. For in-service personnel, you should create the request by selecting [MINDEF/SAF/DSTA/DSONL] from the dropdown menu. For Contractors/ST personnel, you should select [Vendors & Companies] instead.
