I can't access my iACRES account even though I previously had access to it. How do I reactivate it?
Your account has been deleted due to prolonged inactivity and you will have to apply for a new account.
Note that accounts which have been suspended for more than 90 days will be deleted together with the iACRES requests and replies in the account. To avoid this, please make sure that you log into your account regularly.
