My account has been suspended. How do I reactivate it?

Send the following info to the Helpdesk at the "Contact Us" with your superior's endorsement for account re-activation: Full NRIC No: Name (as in NRIC): Last login date: Reason(s) why account was not logged in 30 days: Justification for account reactivation: You must log into your iACRES account on the same day it is reactivated, or it will be suspended again. Hence, please email us on the day that you will be available to log in after our reactivation. Please note that accounts which have been suspended for more than 90 days will be deleted and you will lose the iACRES requests and replies. To avoid this, please make sure that you log into your iACRES requestor account regularly.
