MUP is applicable for ORNS/SV activities. It is not applicable in the following scenarios:

- Attending a self-initiated medical review

- Civilian working hours and ORNS/SV activities do not overlap

- Attending NS Fitness Improvement Training (FIT) beyond the 10th session, or IPPT beyond the 3rd session in their annual IPPT window - Attending mobilisations, IPPT and/or NS FIT sessions during their ICT period
