Am I eligible for MUP?

You are not eligible for MUP, as the intent of MUP is to ensure that NSmen do not incur a loss in their civilian income when they attend ORNS activities. As you do not have income, you will receive Service Pay but not MUP for the duration of your ORNS activity.
