What happens if I change the default Income Tax Option?

You may select your preferred claim option via the 'NSmen Payments' eService on OneNS when viewing your claim. However, if you select the Average Income or Replacement option, your MUP amount will not be automatically computed. You will need to submit relevant supporting documents for MINDEF/MHA's assessment. This will cause a delay in the payment of your MUP. Once you have submitted a claim with your chosen claim option, you will not be able to change the option for that claim.
