Directors of the company are considered employed individuals and are eligible to claim Director's Fees. Director's Fees are computed based on the average monthly amount paid for the company's financial year covering the period of your ORNS activity after it has been taxed by IRAS. The Certifying Officer of your company has to submit the claim via the 'Employee Payment Management' eService.
