What does the Home Team Academy do?

The Home Team Academy (HTA) supports the training and development of Home Team officers to strengthen capabilities across the Home Team. HTA does this by: • Providing centralised leadership training for officers, including in areas such as crisis management and strategic leadership. • Developing Home Team trainers through structured programmes, e.g., in instructional design, delivery and assessment. • Working with the Ministry of Home Affairs and external partners to run specialised courses that support transformation and future-readiness. • Designing and delivering programmes to foster a strong and shared Home Team identity.
