The disbursement schedule depends on the length of the capability development programme.

For programmes that are ≤14 days, recipients will be reimbursed 90% of the actual cost incurred or S$10,000, whichever is lower, after the recipient has submitted his/her claim within six months of completing the programme.

For programmes that are >14 days, recipients will be reimbursed in two tranches. The first tranche payment for 20% of the estimated qualifying cost or S$2,000, whichever is lower, will be made after the recipient has submitted his/her claim within three months of accepting the TTDS award. The second tranche payment for the remaining amount of 90% of the actual cost incurred less the first tranche payment, up to an overall cap of S$10,000, will be made after the recipient has submitted his/her claim within six months of completing the programme.

Recipients taking multiple capability development programmes will be reimbursed for each programme according to the abovementioned disbursement schedule until the overall funding cap (90% of total cost incurred or S$10,000, whichever is lower) is reached.
