How do I apply for the TTDS and what do I have to submit?
Please submit the TTDS application form, which is accessible only during the application period from 1 April to 30 June (both dates inclusive), on the MDDI website at https://www.mddi.gov.sg/ttds. You will also need to prepare the following documents for inclusion in the form:
Proof of enrolment OR application OR awaiting confirmation/invitation from the programme provider OR details of upcoming programme that has yet to commence application, for each capability development programme (up to 2 MB)
Translation portfolio and/or testimonials from clients (up to 4 MB, in a ZIP folder if there are multiple documents)
Capability Development Plan form (accessible on the MDDI website only during the application period)

Capability development plan
Declaration
As the application form cannot be saved as a draft, you will have to complete the form in one sitting. It is recommended that you have the required documents ready when you are going to submit the application form.
All applications must reach the National Translation Committee (NTC) Secretariat by 30 June, 2359hrs (Singapore time). Applications received after this closing date and time will not be accepted. The NTC Secretariat reserves the right to disqualify applicants who fail to complete any form(s) and/or provide any document(s) required in their application.
