When will the term limit of Treasurer refresh?

General rule of thumb: There must be 2-year lapse before the board term refreshes.

 

Examples:

  • Treasurer serves for 4 years > 2-year lapse > Treasurer term starts from year 1 of the 4-year term limit

  • Treasurer serves for 1 year > 1-year lapse > Treasurer term continues from year 2

  • Treasurer serves for 2 years > 2-year lapse > Treasurer term starts from year 1 of the 4-year term limit
