When will the board term refresh?

General rule of thumb: There must be 2-year lapse before the board term refreshes.

 

Examples:

  • Board member served for 10 years > 2-year lapse > board term refreshes

  • Board member served for 8 years > 1-year lapse > board term continues from 9th year

  • Board member served for 8 years > 2-year lapse > board term refreshes
