Can a charity use a generic address as a primary contact email address on the Charity Portal?

There are no restrictions for charities to use a generic address as the primary contact email address. However, please note that besides the dissemination of news and updates from the Commissioner of Charities (including reminders on annual submissions), the primary contact person and email address listed on Charity Portal will be the Office of COC’s or the Sector Administrator’s first point of contact on any other matters pertaining to the Charity.
