  1. Please ensure the changes are lodged with the Registry of Societies (via iROSES) for society-charities or the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (via BizFile) for CLG-charities respectively before the updates are filed on the Charity Portal. The data on the changes would be ported over to the Charity Portal in two working days;

  2. Login to Charity Portal; click on “Update Charity Profile” >> “Update Governing Board Members, Trustees and Key Officers’ module;

  3. If there are any existing drafts, please delete and re-create a new draft to ensure the data pre-populated from ROS/ACRA are updated.

  4. Verify the information which are ported to Charity Portal and complete the updates. Ensure all mandatory fields are filled up (marked with a green tick). Mandatory fields which are not completed will be marked with an exclamation mark (!); Declare and submit the updates when all information are duly updated.

**Refer to the E-Service Guide available on the Charity Portal >> Guides, Templates and Awards >> “Update Governing Board Members, Trustees and Key Officers” for reference.
