My charity has already obtained the approval at the AGM before submitting the proposed amendments to COC/SA. Is the charity still required to table them at AGM after COC’s approval?

The COC/SA may suggest additional amendments to the governing instrument upon review as the COC/SA will review the entire governing instrument in addition to the proposed amendments suggested by the charity. As such, the charity will still be required to table them at the AGM/EGM for approval.
