What do I need to do to complete the verification process?

Family members must be physically present during the consent process to provide their e-signature. All family members included in the application must be related by blood, marriage and/or legal adoption and living in the same residential address as reflected in the NRIC of the main applicant. The main applicant refers to the mother. If the mother is unavailable for divorced/separated/widowed cases, the main applicant will be the father. You need to: 1. Click on "Verify your details" button found in the email notification or LifeSG app inbox 2. Log in via Singpass (for Main Applicant (MA) with Singpass) or use your email address (for MA who are below 15 years old or foreigners) 3. Verify your details and consent to screening by HOMES (you'll also need all your family members' e-signatures for their consent) within the same form.
