I tried to make payment, but was told that the QR code is unsupported. Why?

Only PayNow UEN or NETS QR codes are accepted. The merchant may be using a PayNow QR code that’s linked to their personal phone number (instead of their company UEN number). If this is the case, you’ll not be able to use LifeSG to pay with your credits.
