Why can't I book a virtual appointment with HDB on LifeSG anymore?

HDB has discontinued the virtual appointment service on LifeSG from 30 Jun 2026 onwards to streamline our service channels. For assistance on HDB matters, you can write to HDB, call their Branch Service Line at 6225 5432 or make an appointment to visit their Branches.
