Is this the same as PA's pledging scheme? Are donations pooled and shared out?

No. This campaign replaces the previous pledging process, and works differently.

  • Donors choose a specific IPC and transfer their live vouchers to it directly. The donation is paid out in full to that IPC.

  • Donations are not pooled or divided among IPCs. Your IPC receives only what donors choose to give it.

  • There is no pledging of expired vouchers this round. Only unspent CDC Vouchers 2026 (January) or SG60 Vouchers can be donated from 1 October 2026, and only before 31 December 2026, 11.59pm.

  • Donors pick from the full list of participating IPCs. See How is our IPC displayed, and how do donors find us?
