What are mandatory supporting documents and information I need to provide for application?

You will need to provide the following documents and information:

 

  • Your past employment details 

  • Your previous employer’s contact information* 

  • Official letter or notification of termination/dismissal by previous employer 

  • CPF Transaction History for the past 15 months (filtered to only include employer contributions) 

  • If termination was due to medical reason, please provide a Medical Certificate or Letter from Medical Institution/Doctor 

 

*We will contact your previous employer through their mobile number or email to verify the employment information submitted.
