How do I apply if I don’t have access to a laptop/mobile/internet device? Where can I go if I need help with my application?
You can visit Careers Connect (Lifelong Learning Institute) from Mondays - Fridays, 9:00AM to 5:00PM.
Make sure that you prepare the following information and document(s) before heading down to any of the centres:
Your Singpass log-in details
Your past employment details
Your previous employer’s contact information (email and/or mobile number)*
Official letter or notification of termination/dismissal by previous employer
CPF Transaction History for the past 15 months (filtered to only include employer contributions)
If termination was due to medical reason, please provide a Medical Certificate or Letter from Medical Institution/Doctor
