If I acquire partial share in a residential property from my co-owner, what would be the Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) applicable if the property is subsequently sold within the SSD holding period?

Updated by IRAS

As you had acquired part share in the property at different times, the SSD holding period for each part share acquired will be computed from the respective acquisition date. If you sell the property within the relevant SSD holding period, you will be subjected to the SSD rates of 4%-16%.

You may refer to Seller's Stamp Duty (SSD) for more information on SSD and its stipulated holding period.
