How can I cancel duplicate or double stamping?
If payment has been made for both stamping submissions, please proceed to request for refund for the duplicate record via the Stamp Duty Portal under "Request" > "Apply for Refund".
However, if payment has not been made for the duplicate record, please submit a request to invalidate the record via the Stamp Duty Portal as follows: "Request" > "Apply for Assessment/Appeal" > select "Assessment". Enter the Document Reference No. to retrieve the stamping record.
