If your authorised role under Corppass for stamp duty e-Services is set as 'Preparer', you are only authorised to prepare the stamping record and submit it to an "Approver" within your organisation for final submission to IRAS. Please contact your company’s appointed Approver to complete the submission.

However, if your company has authorised you to handle both the preparation and submission, please ask your Corppass administrator to update your role to "Approver". An approver can handle both data entry and submission of the stamping record.

Note: If you are assigned both the 'Preparer' and 'Approver' roles, you will only be granted the access of a 'Preparer'.
