I am a Singapore Citizen buying my first property. Do I need to pay Buyer's Stamp Duty (BSD)?
Singapore Citizens are required to pay BSD as it is payable on all acquisitions of immovable properties in Singapore, regardless of the buyer's nationality or number of properties owned.
