Can I apply for a trade mark without a Singpass/Corppass account?

No.

The default mode of filing and/or service of documents with IPOS is through our electronic online system, IPOS Digital Hub (IDH).

Singpass is required to create and log in to an IDH account. Companies can also rely on Corppass to create and log in to a business account on IDH.
