Renewals can be done by the applicant or representative on behalf of the applicant on our electronic online system, IPOS Digital Hub (IDH) at https://digitalhub.ipos.gov.sg.

Note that an updated certificate of registration is not issued after a trade mark is renewed. If you wish to obtain a certified copy containing the updated expiry date, please file Form CM12 and pay the prevailing fees through IPOS Digital Hub.
