IPOS enables the development of IP expertise to expand the pool of IP professionals in Singapore. IPOS collaborated with Singapore University of Social Sciences and IP Academy to launch the Masters of IP and Innovation Management programme.

This programme aims to equip professionals with the invaluable know-how and practical skills to enhance their career as an IP professional. The programme offers 3 specialisation tracks, namely, IP Management, IP Technology and Patent Agency, catering to different career pathways and domain expertise.
