You may submit a request to withdraw your REP application to ICA_REP@ica.gov.sg. Please provide your details and REP application number in your email.
The general processing time is within one week for REP renewal and within three working days for REP transfer applications submitted online. Please note that the processing time excludes the day of submission and some applications may take longer to process.
The e-Service for REP is a web-based system that allows Singapore permanent residents (PR) in Singapore or overseas, to apply online for a REP or transfer the remaining validity of their REP from an old passport to a new passport. You can also do the following services:

You will receive the outcome of your REP renewal application via your declared email to us. You may also check the outcome using our e-Service under 'Enquire Application Status'. We seek your understanding that some applications may take a longer time.
You are required to submit your application Form 6(E) for a Certificate of Identity to Permanent Resident Services Centre in person. However, please note that the submission is by appointment only. You can make an appointment with us at ICA e-Service.

A Certificate of Identity (COI), is a travel document issued to Singapore permanent residents who are stateless to facilitate their travels abroad.
Your online REP application has been withdrawn as we did not receive your payment within 14 days from the date of the approval of your application. You are reminded to make the payment within 14 days from the date of approval or you will need to submit a fresh application online.
There is no restriction of Singapore PR taking up permanent residency of another country.
You can access the "Print REP" function on the e-Service to reprint your Re-Entry Permit (REP). There is no charge for the reprint of a REP.
