Who needs to provide a foreign vehicle number in SG Arrival Card (SGAC)?

All travellers* entering Singapore in a foreign-registered vehicle must provide the vehicle number in their SG Arrival Card (SGAC).

*The above does not apply to Singapore citizens, Permanent residents, and Long-Term Pass holders# entering via Land Checkpoints.

#Long-Term Pass holders include holders of Student's Pass, Dependant's Pass, Long-Term Visit Pass and Work Pass.
