Does the Certificate of Identity (COI) have a Machine Readable Zone (MRZ)?

The Certificate of Identity (COI) issued to stateless Singapore permanent residents does not include a Machine Readable Zone (MRZ).

ICA does not issue alternative travel documents with an MRZ for stateless permanent residents. If your destination country requires a travel document with an MRZ, please check with their embassy or high commission for alternative entry requirements.
