Why do I see the option "Document upload" and am unable to make payment for my Re-Entry Permit (REP) after I login?

If there is an outstanding clarification request, please click on the "Document Upload" button to proceed. Upon completion of the document upload, the payment button will be displayed. You can proceed to make payment.

If there is no "Document Upload" button, please take a screenshot of the error together with the problems encountered and submit to ICA via the enquiry form for assistance.
