After your 15-year-old child has registered for IC online, your child must complete the biometrics enrolment before we can process and produce the IC. The application status will remain pending until this step is completed.

If your child attends a government/ government-aided school, biometrics enrolment will be arranged by and done at his/ her school on a designated day.

If your child does not attend a government/ government-aided school or has missed the biometrics enrolment at his/ her school, please make an appointment for biometrics enrolment on behalf of your child via ICA e-Service after your child has registered for IC online. 

If your child is currently overseas, you may make an appointment on behalf of your child for biometrics enrolment via ICA e-Service upon their return to Singapore.

If your child has passed his/ her 16th birthday, he/ she is required to walk-in for biometrics enrolment at ICA Services Centre after he/ she has registered for IC online. Please expect a waiting time of at least 2 hours.
