The e-Service for Student’s Pass (STP) application will send a notification to inform the former school to complete Section B of e-Form V36A when the e-Service receives an application for “Student’s Pass for Transfer School” from an approved Private Education Institution (PEI). If there is no response from the former school within 7 days, the PEI can proceed to submit the application with explanation in the remarks column, where applicable.
