Do I need to submit supporting documents for my Student’s Pass application if my step-parent is a Singapore citizen/ PR and my natural parent is a foreign national?
You are required to declare and provide additional information, such as official marriage number, divorce certificate number and custody details in e-Form V103 via the Student's Pass e-Service if your parent or step-parent is a Singapore citizen/ Permanent Resident. You may be required to provide these documents when requested by ICA.
