I have lost or misplaced my citizenship certificate. How do I obtain a replacement copy of my citizenship certificate?

Please come in person to ICA Services Centre between 8.00 am to 4.30 pm, Mondays to Fridays (except Public Holidays), together with the following documents:

  • one passport-sized colour photograph

  • your NRIC/Singapore Passport or Birth Certificate (for children below the age of 15 yrs old)

  • replacement fee of $20

An appointment will be given to you to collect the certificate on a later date.
