How can I transfer my REP if I am residing or working overseas?

If you have a valid Singpass account, you can access the ICA e-Service and perform a REP transfer while you are overseas so long as your REP is still valid and you have a Singpass account. Upon successful transfer, you can print your new REP for your reference and travel needs.

Applicants without a Singpass account can submit an application for transfer of REP at Singapore Missions overseas.
