You can access the e-Service and perform a REP transfer from your old passport to new passport so long as your REP is still valid and you have a Singpass account. Upon successful transfer, you can print your new REP for your reference and travel needs.

There is no fee payable for transfer of REP. This service is free of charge. However, please double check your passport numbers when updating using the transfer function to avoid inconvenience at the borders during immigration clearance.
