Can I transfer my REP between two different passports as I am a PR with dual citizenship?

If you have dual nationalities, you are not allowed to transfer your Re-Entry Permit (REP) from one country's travel document to that of another country.

You will need to apply for separate REPs, each for the respective country's travel documents you are currently holding, if you intend to use them for travelling.

For first-time application, you are required to come down to ICA Services Centre in person, together with your blue NRIC and travel documents. A $10 fee is payable for every year, or part thereof, of each REP issued.

All subsequent REP renewal applications can be submitted online using the e-Service.
