Can I apply or transfer my Re-Entry Permit at ICA Services Centre without making an appointment?

ICA does not accept applications for Re-Entry Permit (REP) over the counter. If your REP has expired, you may use the e-Service to apply for REP.

If you have a valid REP, you must renew it using the e-Service within 3 months of its expiry date.

For transfer of REP, it must be submitted using the e-Service as well.
