Eligible* applicants can submit an online request for a verification letter.

Please note:

(i) You are not required to obtain a verification letter for the closure of CPF account/ withdrawal of CPF funds.

(ii) For existing PRs, a verification letter will only be issued on a case-by-case basis. You may produce your Entry Permit and/or valid REP to verify your Singapore PR status.

*If you have already lost your PR status by remaining outside Singapore without a valid Re-Entry Permit (REP), or previously renounced PR status.

You may surrender your cancelled Singapore Blue NRIC to an ICA Officer at ICA Services Centre if you are in Singapore, or a diplomatic/ consular officer at the Singapore Overseas Mission nearest to you if you are overseas.
