Do I need to complete my foreign citizenship renunciation before Singapore citizenship registration or citizenship completion of formalities?

Successful Singapore citizenship applicants above 21 years old are required to renounce their foreign citizenship with the respective foreign authorities with the approval letter issued by ICA. After receiving the foreign renunciation document, they may proceed to ICA Services Centre to complete the Singapore citizenship registration formalities.
