How do I obtain the letter of clearance for the completion of my Singapore PR formalities?

The letter of clearance is applicable to all ex-Singapore Citizens and ex-Singapore Permanent Residents (PR), who have since been granted approval for their Singapore PR application. The letter of clearance is issued by the CPF Board.
