What should I do if my employer refuses to sign the EP152 when my PR application has been approved?

If your employer refuses to sign the EP152, ICA is prepared to accept other forms of documentary evidence to verify your employment status:-

  • Valid work pass (S Pass/ Employment Pass), and

  • Latest 6 months payslips, and

  • Letter of employment or Annex A (i.e. Employer's information) dated within 2 weeks from the appointment date with ICA.
