ICA has ceased the issuance of physical Long-Term Visit Pass (LTVP) cards and has only issued digital LTVPs since 27 Feb 2023. After the completion of formalities at ICA (if required), you will receive an email from FileSG, which will provide you with more information on retrieving your digital LTVP. Those who are exempted from completion of formalities at ICA will receive the email after their application is approved. Singpass holders can also view their digital LTVP on the Singpass app.
